I was commissioned to create a brand identity for Juno Bakery, a new bakery business. The client wanted to convey sophistication and elegance, with a touch of vintage thrown in for good measure.
Identity
Inspiration gathering was done via The Dieline and Behance, to get a sense for what other confectionery / chocolate brands were doing visually. I also collected physical packaging samples from Toronto bakeries and dessert shops, especially those with a strong brand (Nadege, SOMA Chocolate, CXBO Chocolates) as well as international brands like Laura Secord, Merci and Manos de Cacao.
